As part of our commitment to ensure your tax filing obligations are met, please provide the following information (where applicable):
- Copies of bank statements showing the closing amounts as at balance date
- Copies of loans, hire purchases and lease statements
- Cost price (excl GST) of the stock on hand at balance date
- List of the Accounts Receivables (Debtors) at balance date
- List of the Accounts Payable (Creditors) at balance date
- Tax invoices for all assets purchased and sold and details of any discarded or written-off
- Balance of the Cash on Hand and Petty Cash at balance date
- Interest and Dividend statements as well as investment reports from your Financial Advisor
- Details of overseas investments or income
- Details of any Covid-19 Relief Subsidies and Small Business Cashflow Loan Scheme
- Details of any motor vehicle private use, e.g., total business %, copy of recent logbook
- Donation receipts
- Home Office details:
- Area used for business – m2
- Total home area – m2
- Power/Gas
- Phone & internet
- Home & Contents Insurances
- Rent or mortgage interest
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Area used for business – m2
