As part of our commitment to ensure your tax filing obligations are met, please provide the following information (where applicable):

  • Copies of bank statements showing the closing amounts as at balance date
  • Copies of loans, hire purchases and lease statements
  • Cost price (excl GST) of the stock on hand at balance date
  • List of the Accounts Receivables (Debtors) at balance date
  • List of the Accounts Payable (Creditors) at balance date
  • Tax invoices for all assets purchased and sold and details of any discarded or written-off
  • Balance of the Cash on Hand and Petty Cash at balance date
  • Interest and Dividend statements as well as investment reports from your Financial Advisor
  • Details of overseas investments or income
  • Details of any Covid-19 Relief Subsidies and Small Business Cashflow Loan Scheme
  • Details of any motor vehicle private use, e.g., total business %, copy of recent logbook
  • Donation receipts
  • Home Office details:
    • Area used for business – m2
      • Total home area – m2
      • Power/Gas
      • Phone & internet
      • Home & Contents Insurances
      • Rent or mortgage interest
      • Repairs & Maintenance
