As principal of REAL CA, Rob is highly experienced and has great insight into the issues and challenges of running a business. He has a high level of NZ tax knowledge which is complemented by a thorough understanding of the local business environment.
Rob has a keen interest in creating the best organisational structure for his client's businesses. This allows him to utilise tax advantages while constantly looking at ways to improve the client's profitability. He is always on hand to offer clients practical solutions to prevent or resolve tax concerns.
In addition to offering tax and compliance advice, he also supports his clients in the areas of succession planning, strategic business planning and management advice.

Rob and his wife Lyn continue to divide their time between their holiday home at Waihi Beach and an apartment at Mount Maunganui.
Their three children are busy with their own careers and lives. Holly recently got married and completed her radiology training programme. She about to commence a fellowship in Christchurch to focus on a speciality branch in radiology. Grace is a Pharmacist at the Tauranga Hospital and is the process of completing a post graduate Diploma in Pharmacy. Jack joined the exodus to Sydney in early 2024 after he completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree and recently attained his Chartered Accountant designation. He is working in the finance consulting field and enjoying it along with the Sydney lifestyle.
Rob and Lyn are now keen golfers and spend most weekends on the golf course. Frequent visits to Sydney and family overseas holidays are the priority nowadays.
