Karin has been part of the REAL team since 2006 and became a Chartered Accountant since 2011. With extensive experience supporting a wide range of businesses across many industries, she is passionate about helping clients look ahead with confidence. Karin enjoys working closely with business owners to develop forecasts, plan strategically, and make informed decisions that support long-term success.

Alongside her work at REAL, Karin volunteers as the Funding Coordinator for Tauranga Young Mariners.

Some Personal info:

Karin and her husband have two wonderful girls, along with a lively household that includes a dog, two cats and some hens. They have also converted their barn loft into a cosy AirBNB.

Outside of work, Karin can often be found running around the estuary, scaling walls at indoor rock climbing, or heading off on camping adventures with her family whenever they get the chance.
