As principal of REAL CA, Rob is highly experienced and has great insight into the issues and challenges of running a business. He has a high level of NZ tax knowledge which is complemented by a thorough understanding of the local business environment.

Rob has a keen interest in creating the best organisational structure for his client's businesses in order to utilise tax advantages while constantly looking at ways to improve their profitability. He is always on hand to offer clients practical solutions to prevent or resolve tax concerns.

In addition to offering tax and compliance advice, he also supports his clients in the areas of succession planning, strategic business planning and management advice.

Some Personal Info:

Rob and his wife Lyn have recently sold their lifestyle block and are enjoying dividing their time between their holiday home at Waihi Beach and an apartment at Mount Maunganui.

They have three children. Holly who after completing her medical degree is now studying to be a radiologist through the Auckland District Health Board training programme. Grace is currently in her fourth at Otago University studying Pharmacy.  Their youngest child Jack is in his second year at Auckland University completing a B Com majoring in accounting and finance. Jack is a keen canoe slalom paddler and is currently a carded athlete under the High-Performance Sport NZ model. Once travel restrictions are eased he plans to travel overseas to further test his skills against international competition.

Rob and Lyn are avid travelers and their favourite destination is South East Asia. They are looking forward to further exploring Shanghai and Hong Kong one day.
