Samandeep (Sam) Kaur

After graduating from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accounting in 2022, Sam joined REAL in 2023. Sam’s role at the office involves working with Payroll, Companies Office and IRD. She is also learning how to apply the skills from her degree when assisting other Client Managers with their jobs. This ensures she will be equipped with everything she needs to know before taking the next step in her accounting journey.

Originally from India, Sam moved to New Zealand in 2012 and moved to Tauranga in 2016 with her husband and two kids. She received her citizenship in 2025 and is proud to be a kiwi. In her free time, Sam enjoys going for walks with her family and trying many different cafés in the Bay of Plenty with her kids. Not only will she be able to help you with any accounting questions, but thanks to her and her partners in crime, she can also tell you the best place to go for your coffee and hot chocolate.
