Katherine from MunaHR (www.munahr.co.nz) has been a client of ours since 2011. So when she came up with this fantastic new business idea in 2022, we were excited to help her make this a success story too*.

“REALCA provide all our accounting services plus they have a lot of experience working with hospitality clients which really helped for getting their input on a wide range of business planning conversations,” says Katherine.

MunaHR is an online HR system for the hospitality industry to help these businesses manage everything “from job posting to offboarding and everything in between”. Monthly plans are available for micro, small and medium businesses plus there is a custom enterprise-level platform available on request.

“Karin (CA, Client Manager) provides me with advice and reports when I need help with decision-making plus she’ll explain how to do things because I like to learn and do things myself as much as possible.”
